#keepfitforJesus

Hi everyone let me tell you about my new venture, it's called #KeepFitForJesus I've come to the epiphany that we must keep fit for Jesus in mind body and spirit. Please join me and we can go through this journey together. Well I guess in order to be fit for whatever Jesus wants me to do I should try my best, so I've taken the plunge and joined a gym with a pool. I've been going to the gym for a few months now and have lost 3 stones in the process. I've got a long way to go but I'm in it for the long haul. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my servant so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. have a blessed day
